Before you start sketching in all the detailing, you will have to erase the guidelines. Pay close attention to the eye areas and around the mouth like you see here. Slowly start sketching in the wrinkle lines, crease lines, definition lines, and some of the shading too. You will pay careful attention when sketching out these definition lines because they are going to add texture to the monkey's face. Okay, even if a monkey is young, it will still have a good amount of wrinkles, crease lines, bags, sags, and pucker lines. The last thing to do in step three, is sketch out the hair that will also makeup the shape of the monkey head. Next, color in the eyeballs, and then add some lining detail to add a textured look for the bottom lip. ![]() Once that is done, you can start adding the forehead wrinkle lines, and then the socket lining for the definition of the face. You will draw out the rest of the face lining like so, and notice how the brow and forehead is heart shaped. moreĪ monkey's face is usually framed within the shape of the hairy head.
